Absolutely love The Hen House! From the moment you walk into The Hen House, it just feels like home. Shelly Toombs has created something truly special here in Piggott—a warm, welcoming spot where the food is always made with love and the atmosphere is second to none. The staff is kind, the vibe is cozy, and the food? Unbeatable. I’m especially grateful that they actually burn my hashbrowns just right when I ask them to—it’s a little thing, but it shows they really care about getting it perfect for each customer. Shelly’s heart shines through every part of the experience, and it makes sense—she even owns one of my awesome Aussies, BoBo, so clearly she has great taste in dogs too! Excellent food! Best fish I’ve ever had. ( although they only serve it certain days). Homemade burgers like your granny made! We enjoyed everything we ordered. Waitress was friendly and checked back to make sure our tea was refilled and asked if we wanted dessert. They had fresh coconut pie that was just like grandmas. I can’t say anything negative. I would definitely recommend.
This restaurant is very good. It's a small hometown restaurant with amazing food. I got a bacon double cheeseburger. It was huge. I had to eat it with a fork. However, it was delicious. Definitely worth the stop if you visit Piggott, AR!
Friendly, fast, along with great food. Charming and comfortable atmosphere for someone dining alone or the whole family. Fish is great, I think its on Thursday at lunch.
My significant other and I came here for lunch, we both had the fish plates and they were amazing! I give it a 100/10 rating it was so yummy it’s definitely on my list of places to come back too!
Everything made from scratch and loved it. That was a year ago and now I have been back recently 3 days in a row and can't say a single bad thing about the food, service or the prices. Everything is a winner at this place so far. I don't know why the waitress wears attire to hide the fact that she's very pretty. Maybe she doesn't want the attention or tips but she definitely doesn't have the need to hide anything. Who knows but if you are looking for a great breakfast served with a smile at prices you won't be afraid of then this is the place I have gotten all 3 every single time. *make that 4 days in a row.

Absolutely delicious homemade food. Great atmosphere, super friendly staff and a huge selection of dishes. We had a the muther clucker and fried bologna sandwich, as well as the fried pork chops and all were absolutely delicious. We will definitely come back and also check out the breakfast because we have heard great things of it!
